We’re looking for a candidate with a minimum of twelve months digital marketing experience within a relevant agency or brand team, who has a good grasp of Adobe software, WordPress, and social media platforms. You’ll possess a passion for creating exceptional visual content that grabs attention, is on brand, and communicates effectively. You’ll also have a keen sense for the attention to detail. 

This is a new role in a rapidly growing team. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a busy, solution-orientated team, covering a suite of iconic adventure and sailing brands including the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, SKIRR Adventures, Clipper Events, and Hamble School of Yachting, as well as the overarching corporate brand, Clipper Ventures. 

You will report directly to and work closely with the Digital Marketing Officer within the marketing team and collaborate on projects with your colleagues in the broader, communications department. Your agility and awareness to pick up on trends, present your ideas and follow through will make you an important part of this dynamic and critical department.

  • Using your graphic design and software skills to create content across Clipper Ventures brands, for example social media tiles and short video content for promotional purposes and creating assets for advertising campaigns on Facebook. You’ll also help colleagues with templated presentations.
  • Archive Asset Management is key to the success of this position. As a gatekeeper of the video and visual library for the business and working closely with colleagues you will play a leading role in mapping/planning content, the uploading process and tagging to ensure the success of the archive.
  • You will have day to day responsibility for maintaining various WordPress sites across the business such as uploading blog posts, SEO and content tagging, image sizing, creating graphics etc.
  • As the go-to person for creating differentiated brand templates for use on the business email system you’ll work closely with colleagues in different departments to ensure they are equipped with the assets needed to communicate effectively with their different audience groups. 


    • Good working knowledge of WordPress, including SEO and tagging tasks.
    • Strong skills in Adobe Premiere, and familiarity with Adobe After Effects.
    • Graphic design skill, using Adobe Illustrator.
    • Good Adobe Photoshop, Camera Raw, and/or Lightroom user skills
    • Knowledge and understanding of the main social media video platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn for example).
    • Ability to understand and correctly follow brand guidelines, as well as creating new designs when briefed.
    • Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering on deadline
